Sheriff Hall is committed to the
Nashville community. Meet Sheriff Hall.
DCSO'S MISSION STATEMENT As a law enforcement agency committed to public safety, we strive to be the leader
in the field of corrections, service of civil process, and
innovative community-based programs, emphasizing: Accountability,
Diversity, Integrity, and Professionalism.
"We all grieve today in the loss of our friend and family member, Keith Hasty. As he faced health challenges over the years, he always had a smile on his face and a warm welcome to those he came in contact with daily. Keith was taken from us way too soon. We remember the great man he was and offer his family prayers and comfort during this difficult time." - Sheriff Daron Hall
The national Night Out Against Crime is coming up August 3rd, and the Sheriff's Office will be volunteering at five different locations: Bellevue, Old Hickory, East Nashville, Hickory Hollow Mall, and Whites Creek. Visit the Community Outreach schedule for specific times and locations.
Please send all mail to this address. (NOTE: this excludes the Civil Warrants Division.)

CRIMINAL JUSTICE CENTER ON LOCK DOWN
Effective June 15, 2010, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Justice Center will be on lock down status until further notice.
All facility programs/services has been cancelled with the exception of case management services, court services, attorney and clergy visits, other metro agencies and correctional entities business functions, medical services, and classification screening.
The facility will be undergoing a thorough physical plant inspection in order to ensure safety and security of the institution. The internal audit/security assessment will be conducted in a manner to minimize operational efficiencies. It is our hopes that this process will improve how we do business.
Please be patient during this process and thank you.
